EGG HUNT & CELEBRATION

Stick around after the 11:00am service for our Easter Egg Hunt and celebration. Kids can hunt for eggs while the whole family enjoys games, food, and a fun community atmosphere.

Where are you located?

Our church is located at 8800-A Pear Tree Village Court, Alexandria, VA 22309, in a business park just off Route 1, next to El Paso Restaurant and McDonald’s.

What time is service?

Our Sunday services at Washington Community Church are at 9:30am and 11:00am. Whether you're joining us in person or online, we’re excited to worship with you.

Where do I park?

There’s plenty of parking available in the business park. You can park on the street in front of the building or in the lot beside the church—it's just a short walk to the entrance.

Is there something for my kids?

Yes! We offer WCC Kids Church during both of our Sunday services for children from birth through 5th grade. And on Easter, the fun continues after the 11:00am service with our Easter Egg Hunt and carnival-style games for the whole family!

What does a Typical Service Look Like?

You can arrive a few minutes early to grab a cup of coffee and a free donut before the service begins. Then we start with modern worship music, followed by a practical, Bible-based message that’s usually about 30 minutes long.

Our 9:30am service lasts about an hour, and our 11:00am service runs about 70 minutes.

Easter Egg Hunt

Our Easter Egg Hunt begins about 20 minutes after the 11:00am service and is open to kids of all ages. Children will be grouped by age so everyone has plenty of space—and plenty of eggs—to hunt. It’s a fun way for families to celebrate Easter together!

More Easter Fun

After the 11:00am service, the celebration continues with free food, snacks, carnival games, prizes, and a petting zoo. It’s a fun and relaxed way for the whole family to celebrate Easter together.

What Should I Wear?

Come as you are! Most people at Washington Community Church dress casually, so feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. Whether that’s jeans and a t-shirt or something a little dressier for Easter, you’ll fit right in.

Your kids are going to love Easter at WCC Kids!
During both services, birth through 5th grade will enjoy fun, safe, and engaging environments where they’ll learn about the story of Easter.

And after the 11:00am service, the celebration continues with an Easter Egg Hunt and carnival games for everyone.
