Understanding Your Field, Dream and Demand

Genesis 47:27 Now the Israelites settled in Egypt in the region of Goshen. They acquired property there and were fruitful and increased greatly in number.
Ecclesiastes 11:6 Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let your hands not be idle, for you do not know which will succeed, whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well.
2 Kings 4:1-2 The wife of a man from the company of the prophets cried out to Elisha, “Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that he revered the Lord. But now his creditor is coming to take my two boys as his slaves.”
Elisha replied to her, “How can I help you? Tell me, what do you have in your house?”
“Your servant has nothing there at all,” she said, “except a small jar of olive oil.”
Most of the time, God has already given you either the passion, dream, or ability for your main stream of income.
Philippians 2:13 For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.
Matthew 13:44 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.
In every field, there is treasure.
Genesis 37:5-8 Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him all the more. He said to them, “Listen to this dream I had: We were binding sheaves of grain out in the field when suddenly my sheaf rose and stood upright, while your sheaves gathered around mine and bowed down to it.”
His brothers said to him, “Do you intend to reign over us? Will you actually rule us?” And they hated him all the more because of his dream and what he had said.
We have to distinguish here that there is a difference between the dream we have and the field that we are to work in.
God’s dream for Joseph was to help and save people and to influence a whole nation.
Genesis 50:20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.
Genesis 45:8 “So then, it was not you who sent me here, but God. He made me father to Pharaoh, lord of his entire household and ruler of all Egypt.
So many people have dreams that never come to pass in their lives because they don’t understand how God works in their lives.
Our dreams can be the downfall of our own prosperity.
Dreams and visions that God gives you always speak of the end, not the in-between or the beginning.
Habakkuk 2:3 For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false.
The biggest thing that Joseph had to realize is that the treasure God showed him wasn’t just for his pleasure but it was to serve a demand in the earth.
We must learn how to meet demands and until our dream manifests.
Psalm 105:17-19 He sent a man before them— Joseph—who was sold as a slave. They hurt his feet with fetters, He was laid in irons. Until the time that his word came to pass, the word of the Lord tested him.
You can’t manipulate your season of preparation nor make it shorter even though it feels like prison.
Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
In your life, before you enter God’s perfect will, you have to enter His good and acceptable will.
Acts 10:38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
The good will of God for your life always starts by serving somebody else. It's called discipleship.
The process of life and service is what buffets you to be successful in every area of life.
Kingdom business is about finding what people need and cannot do without and being able to sit on the supply chain of that and provide those services to the people.
The demand will always be where the need is, not where your want is.
